Description
As you know, the practice of yoga is not limited to physical training. Yoga asanas are excellent tools for working with the body and attention, however, in the arsenal of hatha yoga there are other techniques for influencing the state of consciousness: pranayama (breathing work), mantras (sound work), conscious relaxation, shatkarmas (cleansing procedures) and others
The practice will begin with relaxation in svasana, then a soft joint warm-up (sukshma vyayama) and the main block of yoga asanas will be offered. The practice will end with breathing work and traditional shavasana. The lesson is accompanied by the sound of mantras.
Don’t forget about the ujjayi breath, which will sound like the sound of the ocean surf and support you throughout the practice.
