Description

The first half hour of the class is devoted to preparatory mobilization, so even if you have never tried standing on your hands and do not want to force things yet, feel free to do this part of the practice. Most of the exercises will focus on activating the deltoid muscle in eccentric work (rounding the upper back) and activating the abdominal muscles in concentric contraction (rounding the lower back).

Pay special attention to the work of the shoulder blades: rounding the back, perform protraction (pull the shoulder blades to the sides), and in the handstand – elevation (pull the shoulder blades to the ears).
