Your attention is invited to the practice of hatha yoga with unusual variations of classical asanas. We will consistently work out the whole body, pay attention to adjustments and synchronization of breathing with movements.

“Jaya” in Sanskrit means “victory” or “peak”, as well as the joy associated with its conquest. The name of the practice contains a metaphor in which self-development and yoga practice can be correlated with mountain climbing.
