Description
This practice is aimed at mastering the lower balances on the hands. We will “animate” bakasana, move in it and try to perform it in conjunction with other asanas.
If you are hesitant while doing bakasana, the first half of the practice will allow you to well prepare the muscles of the core and shoulder girdle to stabilize the current form. If bakasana has been in your arsenal for a long time, this lesson will allow you to see new opportunities for the evolution of this form and the stabilization of other balances.
At the end of the lesson, a rather complex vinyasa will be offered – a bunch of balances on the hands. It is important to learn how to first perform all the elements separately, and then try to connect them 2-3 at a time. Then the full bundle will definitely work out over time.
