Description
The practice is devoted to working with tilts in a standing position and analyzing the detuning of uttanasana.
The session will begin with a foot massage. One of the reasons for the stiffness of the back of the thigh is the condition of the plantar fascia (plantar surface of the foot). It often creates problems that are passed up through the back line. Therefore, working solely on stretching the hamstrings or, say, the Achilles tendons is not effective in terms of deepening the slope. Massaging and activating the feet play a vital role in working with the bends.
Then exercises for warming up the hip joints and all parts of the spine will be offered, and as part of the main part – work with the tilt of the pelvis, we will activate the hip flexor muscles and the thoracic spine.
